In Process Lab Operator
CK Group are recruiting for an In Process Lab Operator to join a speciality chemicals company at their site based in Wrexham, on a contract basis for 26 weeks.
This is a shift based role that will include the following times in a rotating shift pattern:
6am-2pm Morning shift
2pm to 10pm Afternoon shift
10pm to 6am Night shift
Salary:
£15.87 per hour, this is inclusive of shift rate
In Process Lab Operator Role:
- Physical testing of both prepregs and resin, using various internal/external methods.
- Testing of resin, resin film and prepreg. (utilizing ovens, presses and analytical balances).
- Labelling up and passing off resins via the MRP system.
- Use of LIMS, SAP and various other PC based system.
- Liaising with various areas of the business to ensure the demands of the business are met.
The ideal candidates will:
- Have previous laboratory experience (GLP).
- Experience of Quality an advantage.
- Willing to learn new skills, full training will be provided.
- The ability to work the shifts as mentioned above.
- Strong commitment to all aspects of safety due to experience in similar environments.
Our client is an advanced materials and speciality chemical company focused on the manufacture of surfactants.
