Rate: Up to CHF68.39 per hour (8 hours per day) depending on experience
Your main duties as a HR Specialist will include:
- Collaborating with the global HR teams in the deployment of specific projects and assisting the HR Director of the site in their implementation.
- Providing operational and administrative support to the local HR team, particularly in the context of implementing of new tools and the testing of these during the project phase.
- Participating in the implementing and reviewing of work processes and procedures as well as various regulations that refer to them.
Additional duties will include:
- Carrying out various surveys and analyzing the results of these in order to constitute People metrics for the department.
- Depending on the needs, write and publish knowledge articles on the various current HR themes.
- Working Work flow documentation.
Your Background:
- Proven experience in HR administration; Experience in project management would be a plus.
- Be comfortable in human relations and have ease in contacts.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize, organize and plan work.
- Be precise, rigorous and structured in his/her tasks and work.
- Proficiency in English at least B2 advanced level.
- Comfortable with the Office suite, in particular with Sharepoint and Teams; have an excellent command of advanced Excel.
Language requirements:
English level B2.
