Job Title: HR Specialist
Work Location: Steinhausen and Allschwil (2 days per month)
Country: Switzerland
Duration: 6 months
Rate: Up to CHF82 phr (8 Hours per day)
Your main duties as an HR Specialist will include:
- Supporting the HR team over the next coming 6 months with the upcoming integration of legal entities and the different ongoing projects.
- Supporting the overall administrative task related to social security and pension.
- Working projects such as entity integration, benefit & policy harmonization including process improvements, and training & delivery.
Additional duties will include:
- Working on the implementation of a new time tracking system and responsible for the transfer of the dossiers.
- Administering all local HR administration processes and systems and collaborate with the HR Service Center.
- Supporting with the on/offboarding process of new joiner and leaver, and organizing of the new joiner day and exit interviews.
Your Background:
- Commercial education with qualification as a payroll specialist, or HR administration specialist.
- 4-7 years of experience in the operational salary area and in HR administration, preferably in the pharma sector and also in connection with field employees.
- Great understanding of salary-related and complex tasks, also in social security or tax matters coupled with very good Workday, Abacus and Excel skills.
Languages:
German speaking and proficiency in English.
