CK Group are recruiting for a Consultant in Global Real Estate Transactions to join a diagnostics company working remotely on a contract basis for 6 months with possible extension.

Although remotely based, there will be adhoc visits to their offices in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. 

Salary:

Rates of between £678.54 - £829.33 per day PAYE basis

or

£900 - £1100 UMB/LTD (This role is outside IR35). 

Please note that although a range is given, we are aiming towards the lower end of the scale.

Global Expert Real Estate Transactions interim:

• Develop and implement Real Estate portfolio strategies at global/regional/local levels
• Proactively identify optimisation opportunities across the Company portfolio, using current and new datasets, as appropriate
• Lead portfolio optimisation projects, including (but not limited to) lease acquisition/renewal/disposal, site/building acquisition/disposal
• Guide all aspects of Real Estate transactions, from requirement definition to executed lease agreement or purchase/sale documentation
• Identify and assess potential risks associated with real estate transactions and develop mitigation strategies to protect company interests
• Provide Real Estate transaction subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders

• University level education (BA/BSc or equivalent) in Real Estate or a related field
• At least 10 years proven track record in major Real Estate strategy & transaction delivery, ideally for corporate occupier, external service provider and landlord
• International experience across several companies and cultures, with experience in managing experienced senior stakeholders within large multinational organisations
• Deep understanding of vendor operating models and ability to drive strong vendor performance through leadership and contract management
• Ideally Membership or Fellowship of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
• Strategic and logical approach with the ability to influence and negotiate at a senior level
• Strong credibility and gravitas, with proven ability to build lasting relationships with stakeholders from diverse cultures

Location:

This role is a remote position but will require adhoc meetings at our clients site in Burgess Hill.
