Formulation Chemist

CK Group is recruiting for a Formulation Chemist to join a well established pharmaceutical company, manufacturing medicinal products. This role is based

at their site in Kempston.

Key duties will include:

• Design, plan and development of robust formulations based on the project brief.
• Fully and accurately document all research and development activities.
• Hands-on involvement in pilot plant and laboratory operations.
• Completion of routine operational and GMP activities.
• Work collaboratively within the team environment to find solutions to problems related to both supporting and troubleshooting existing and new product development.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in cosmetic or pharmaceutical sciences.
• Experience in formulation development of skincare or personal care.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic/pharmaceutical ingredients and their interactions.
• Familiarity with cosmetic, medicinal, or medical device regulations.
• Passion for continuous learning and a growth mindset.
• Excellent report writing skills.
