Field Service Engineer
CK Group are recruiting for a Field Service Engineer on behalf of a medical diagnostic company. This role will be field based with extensive travel throughout the UK and occasionally internationally. It is a permanent role, with Mon-Fri day time working hours.
The Role:
The purpose of this role is to ensure all instrumentation is installed, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards.
The role will support UK Customers directly, with extensive travel throughout the UK and occasionally internationally.
Working closely with Technical support, to ensure all customer complaints are addressed appropriately, within established KPI’s, to ensure a positive outcome for the customer
Your Background:
Essential skills:
- A strong understanding of electronics, mechanics, and software.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Flexible attitude.
- Available for extensive travel within the UK, including overnight stays.
- Full UK driving license.
Desirable skills:
- Previous experience with medical or IVD devices.
- Previous experience working with the NHS.
- Previous experience supporting distribution partners.
- Previous experience training others in a formal capacity.
- Working knowledge of IT networking and database.
