Engineering Supervisor - Building Services

CK Group are recruiting for an experienced Engineering Supervisor, to join a well-established and successful global pharmaceutical company, based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, on a permanent basis.

Key duties will include:

• To supervise and coordinate the activities of the utility mechanical and electrical engineering team, including scheduling work assignments, prioritising tasks, and providing guidance
• To monitor equipment performance and maintenance activities to ensure adherence to maintenance schedules and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• To collaborate with other departments to plan and execute maintenance shutdowns, equipment upgrades, and installations
• Act as a point of contact for external contractors and vendors

• Relevant technical qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a regulated environment
• Strong experience in building services and utility engineering
• Full UK driving license
