Job Title: Director Non-Clinical PK/PD

Rate: CHF160,000 to CHF180,000 per year, with company bonus
Your main duties as Director Non-Clinical PK/PD will include:
- Leading our PK/PD activities within the non-communicable diseases team, including work with complex multi-specific formats.
- Contributing expertise and scientific skills to both project teams and broader strategic discussions.
- Working as both a leader, and in a hands-on experimental design and execution capacity, in close collaboration with the company network of consultants and CRO partners.
Additional duties will include:
- Design and implement integrated non-clinical PK/PD strategies from research and discovery through early clinical development.
- Manage, analyse, review, summarise, interpret, report, and communicate results from PK/PD studies, including elaborating and implementing PK/PD optimization strategies.
- Oversee, author, and review non-clinical sections of regulatory documents and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and represent the non-clinical development function.
Your Background:
- PhD in Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences with 8–10 years of relevant experience in non-clinical development within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry with large molecule expertise.
- Proven track record of advancing biotherapeutic candidates from early research through non-clinical development, IND submission and beyond.
- Strong experience in the non-clinical development of therapeutic proteins, with broad expertise in PK/PD, pharmacology, and safety principles of biotherapeutics.
- Familiarity with GLP regulations, guidelines, and regulatory requirements for non-clinical development, along with experience in regulatory submissions and interactions.
- Relevant expertise in immuno-oncology. Additional expertise and experience in cardiometabolic diseases is a plus.
Language requirements:
Fluent English ability – C1 written and verbal.
