CK Group are recruiting for a Cell Therapy Operations Manager (Haematology), to join a global pharmaceutical company, based in Uxbridge, on a contract basis for 12 months.

 

Salary:

Paying up to £41.21 per hour.

Cell Therapy Operations Manager Role:

  • Responsible for developing and executing onboarding plans and providing oversight and support to ensure operational excellence and seamless delivery of cell therapies.
  • Work with the local team to define and execute the affiliate specific CAR T strategy.
  • Support the development of forecasting plans.
  • Collate site capacity to ensure accurate slot allocation and optimization at national level.
  • Identify potential gaps and develop and execute initiatives to address capacity constraints as required.
 

Your Background:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management or similar.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology/medical device industry, or healthcare consultancy background, preferably in a project management or project coordinator role.
  • Adept in processing of comprehensive contracts and thinking in legal terms.
  • Skilled team player, with collaborative mindset and proven experience in team support, coordination and/or cross-functional leadership.
  • Willingness/ability to travel.

Location:

This role is field based but you will need to travel to our clients site in Uxbridge. The location will be reviewed once all the CAR T sites have been onboarded.
