Brand Manager

CK Group are recruiting for a Brand Manager to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry based in Basingstoke, on a contract basis for 12 months. This role offers hybrid working, with 3 days a week on site. 

Salary:

From £25.37-£31.71 per hour PAYE depending upon experience. This role is inside IR35.

Brand Management Coordinator Role:

• Manage the brand’s UK and ROI operational plan delivery.
• Enhance the customer experience by utilising multichannel engagement (MCE).
• Monitor and track performance/operational spend and be able to report back.
• Partner with cross functional teams to ensure brand success.
• Model leadership with a particular focus on the common purpose and expectations.

Your Background:

• Hold a degree in a relevant field or have equivalent working experience.
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably in a similar coordination or project management role.
• Knowledge of Diabetes or equivalent major disease area.
• Strong understanding of compliance regulations governing interactions with Heath Care Professionals.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes within deadlines.
