Assistant Accountant

CK Group are recruiting for an Assistant Accountant

to join a global pharmaceutical company in Chester on a contract basis for 12 months.

Salary:

Per hour: £13.26 PAYE

Assistant Accountant

Role:

• Assist in the preparation & review of financial statements and reports.
• Assist with the completion of statutory audits.
• Support the team with statutory reporting & legal entity processes.
• Help ensure compliance with local laws & regulations.
• Collaborate with various teams to gather & analyse financial data.

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant equivalent experience.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Location:

This role hybrid, working 50% of the week from the office in Chester.
