Trainee Recruitment Consultant

CK Group is looking for an outgoing, confident and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to be based in our Chesterfield Office.

COVID-19 safety measures are in place to ensure safe office working from our Chesterfield, and there is flexibility for home working once initial training in the role is complete.

Working for our expanding team you will be working with some of the world leading clinical, pharmaceutical and life science organisations.

Once trained, the main responsibilities of this role could include:

• Generating jobs through business development.
• Researching roles.
• Interviewing potential candidates.
• Providing well briefed and well matched short-lists to your clients.
• Managing the whole recruitmentprocess from interview through offer to start.
• Running your own team of highly skilled contractors.
