Scientist, LC-MS
CK Group are recruiting for an Scientist with LC-MS/MS expertise, to join a small biotechnology company on the border of Wales, on a permanent basis.
Company and Location: The company is a specialist pathology laboratory and based on the border of Wales near Hereford.
Responsibilities:
- Routinely runs the analytical laboratory, including working with LC-MS/MS, laboratory information management systems and computers.
- Undertakes routine analysis of laboratory samples, including biological materials
- Keeping accurate records and writing reports.
- Ensuring that the necessary turnaround times for reporting analytical chemistry examination results are achieved.
Your Background:
- Degree qualified in Life Sciences or equivalent
- LC-MS/MS knowledge within a laboratory environment
- Background in biotechnology and hands-on laboratory expertise
