Scientist, Antibody Engineering and Discovery
CK Group are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic scientist with experience in antibody engineering. The successful candidate will be playing a critical role both in advancing our lead antibody program toward the clinic as well as with discovery effortson our earlier-stage programs. You will work closely with experienced scientists in a fast-paced and dynamic research environment.
Full time, permanent position based in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities will include:
- Technology development and optimization of display platforms
- Manage and conduct yeast display campaigns to identify and optimize antibodies with desired properties
- Design and construct antibody libraries
- Support molecular biology workflows
- Collect and analyze data from selections and present findings in group and project team meetings
Requirements:
- PhD or BS/MS with relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry preferred
- Experience in antibody discovery,• Experience with a display platform required
- Proven record of assay development and troubleshooting
- Experience in antibody screening methods such as ELISA, flow cytometry/FACS required
- Experience in molecular biology and molecular biologyconcepts, e.g. primer design, PCR, Gibson assembly, and bacterial transformation
