Manufacturing Shift Supervisor
CK Group are recruiting for a Manufacturing Shift Supervisor to join a global healthcare provider to hospitals, clinics and homes, based in Thetford on a contract basis for 12 months.
Salary: From £20.00 per hour
Manufacturing Shift SupervisorRole:
- Support department activities for the delivery and reviewing of change controls, CAPA’s, audits, SOPs etc
- Responsible for identifying and delivering process improvement activities & analytical reviews.
- Absence and performance management across the team.
- Complete accurate shift report and identify actions relating to performance.
- Co-ordinate support for break downs etc and escalate as per company escalation process.
Your Background:
- Experience of team management ina manufacturing environment with strong knowledge of GMP.
- LEAN and 6S knowledge and understanding.
- Previous experience of timely delivery through a team.
- Strong people manager skills and leadership.
- High attention to detail.
