CRA II / Senior CRA
Jim Gleeson is recruiting for a CRA II / Senior Clinical Research Associate to join a long-established and growing Clinical Research Organisation. This position will be based in Paris or be home-based in France for candidates living near a good transport hub.
Salary: €50 – 60K
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As CRA II / Senior Clinical Research Associate you will conduct clinical monitoring activities for assigned to ensure compliance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs), the Protocol, ICH-GCP and quality standards.
Key duties will include:
- Preparation and conduct of on-site qualification, study initiation, interim monitoring and close-out monitoring of Investigator sites
- TMF / eTMF maintenance
- Assisting the project team with assessing project feasibility and patient recruitment
- Mentoring more junior CRAs
- Ensuring that site visit metrics are maintained
QUALIFICATIONS:
As CRA II / Senior Clinical Research Associate you will require:
- A relevant life science or nursing degree
- Previous clinical trial monitoring experience
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Experience of mentoring or coaching other CRAs
- Global experience will be advantageous
- Valid driving license and passport
