Following CK Group’s acquisition by Talentmark Group in 2021, we will unite our teams under one internationally recognised brand on 24 February 2026.
Having traded successfully for over 30 years, CK Group will join its colleagues at Talentmark and Talentmark Executive under a single, unified brand. This move reflects the organisation’s continued growth and its commitment to delivering integrated specialist resourcing solutions across international markets.
Established in 1971, Talentmark is a trusted and well-known brand with a strong history and extensive experience in the life sciences markets. Operating across eight offices in six countries, Talentmark works as one connected team throughout Europe and the United States.
Bringing our services together under one brand strengthens cross-border collaboration, enhances international delivery, and enables even closer alignment of our values, culture, and mission — ensuring we continue to support innovation and connect exceptional talent with organisations shaping the future of science.

From a legal perspective…
There is no change – we will remain CK Associates Ltd legally, and we will continue as ‘CK Associates Ltd trading as Talentmark’.
