Consumer Engagement Strategist, Masterbrand

CK Group are recruiting for a Consumer Engagement Strategist, Masterbrand to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months.

Salary:

From £29.68 per hour, PAYE

Consumer Engagement Strategist, Masterbrand Role:

• Develop the strategy & pull through of Masterbrand.
• Own the planning, execution, and optimisation of masterbrand campaigns and the integration Masterbrand into consumer & Health care practitioners communication campaigns.
• Build consumer capability within the team by demonstrating processes, tools and techniques that put the consumer first.
• Work with internal cross-functional teams to drive capability, clarity, communication and alignment on the role of masterbrand.

• Hold a relevant degree or have equivalent working experience.
• Extensive working experience in consumer marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of consumer data, insights & planning techniques and tools.
• Experience working with agencies:

  media, creative & research.

Our client is one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. They focus on finding answers for some of the world's most urgent medical needs.

Location:

This role is based at our clients site in Basingstoke for 2/3 days per week, with the rest home working.
