Senior Productivity Manager

CK Group have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Procurement Productivity Manager to join a leading global pharmaceutical company on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid position and site presence will be required two times a week.

Responsibilities:

• You will be a subject matter expert, providing input, advice, and know-how on project management methodologies, agile projects (e.g. Scrum) and Procurement project delivering.
• Support the team’s development of and improvement of methodologies for complex initiatives such as service design, Make vs Buy, organisational transformation, behavioural change and pilot new technology and AI driven changes for efficiency in delivery
• You will advocate and accelerate the advancement of agile project methodologies, and structured approaches for managing major initiatives.
• You will work within the broader team and GP networks and squads to determine the other various roles needed to deliver project and foundational work.

Requirements:

• Degree in (preferably) a business-related field
• 7+ years within procurement, project management, or management consulting within (preferably) a matrix organisation. and demonstrated in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge of advanced project delivery that includes change that uses non-commercial levers.
• Agile project delivery
• Strong Excel modelling, Tableau or other data exploration tools and data driven approaches preferable
• Experience in service design and operatingmodel design preferable
• Experience in transformation and change management projects preferable
• The ability to communicate concepts, core ideas and effectively negotiate with others to adopt a different point of view.
• Business level fluency in English (German may be beneficial for certain positions).
