QC Technician

CK Group are recruiting for a QC Technician to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry working at their site based in Macclesfield on a contract basis for 6 months.

Hourly/Daily Rate:

• 13.56 ph PAYE

Hours of work or shifts: Monday to Friday and 36.5 hours

Essential Requirements:

• It is essential that applicants hold entitlement to work in the UK
• A level Chemistry minimum or BSc (or equivalent) Chemistry or relevant experience
• Practical laboratory experience
• Knowledge of cGLP and GMP
• Understanding of SHE principles
• Ability to work independently out of hours

QC Technician Role:

• Working within any one of the testing or environmental monitoring teams in aseptic setting.
• Responsible for formally clearing or rejecting products, materials and laboratory results.
• Ensure the quality, safety and efficacy of products to the customer or user.
• Ensure that the appropriate quality systems are followed.
• Ability to work to GCLP, GMP and Safety, Health and Environment
