Programme Manager
CK Group is recruiting for a Programme Manager on behalf of a world leading Pharmaceutical Company to be based at their site in Pirbright on a permanent basis.

About the role: The main purpose of this position is to develop tools & standards for the site to drive implementation of all critical projects/program activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing PMO framework, database, reporting and monitoring tools to ensure effective and efficient oversight of the site project activities.
- Ensuring that relevant resources are aligned and informed with the deliveryrequirements of the site improvement activity portfolio at all times.
- Proactive working with the action owners.
- Communicating with the senior leadership team, external stakeholders & steering functions as needed to support achieving site plans.- Coordinating program and portfolio management.
- Owning, managing and maintaining JIRA or any identified future project management tool/planning systems.
- Ensuring the senior leadership team & steering functions stay informed on changes/ challenges across the portfolio as needed to support the agreed plans.
- Standardisation of internal activity reporting and use of project tools will be key to the oversight of internal activities run by in-house staff.
- Coordinating training and sharesimple project management tools and approaches.
- Supporting with the prioritisation of corporate requirements and resource allocation.
- Signalling risks to delivery of activities and programmes.
- Continuous improvement to existing planning processes.
About you: To be considered for the position you should have the following skills and experience:
- Significant practical experience of project management/programme management.
- Experience of change management linked with people agility.
- The ability to influence with and without authority.
- First class organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise.
- Knowledge of Jira is desirable.
