HR Professional
CK Group are recruiting for an HR Professional to join a global pharmaceutical company, based in Chester on a contract basis for 6 months.
Salary: Up to £23.00ph PAYE

HR Professional Role:
- Provide Project Management support with benefits harmonization and integration across 33 markets globally.
- Manage a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders to enable timely implementation
- Coordinate system user acceptance testing and provide testing support as needed
- Review of all current knowledge material to identify gaps and work with Total Rewards Operations to create missing documentation
- Support with any other operational activities across global total rewards as needed
Your Background:
- Experience working in a multi-cultural/multi-country work environment.
- System implementation experience, ideally Darwin & Workday, or any other HCM or benefits platforms.
- Experience of working with or managing system providers, local brokers, and vendors.
- HR experience, including some experience in benefits or total rewards
- Project management experience
