Electrophoresis Technical Support Scientist
CK Group are recruiting for an Electrophoresis Technical Support Scientist to join a leading medical diagnostics company at their site based in Gateshead on a permanent full-time basis.

This role is located in Gateshead and the site is easily commutable from the A1(M) and surrounding towns/cities in the North East.
Electrophoresis Technical Support Scientist Role:
Your main duties will be:
- Logging and maintenance of reported complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Software program troubleshooting and training on-site and off-site to ensure full customer support.
- Identifyingdetrimental trends in product performance.
- Answering general customer queries via email and telephone.
- Supplying and creating technical information for internal queries and marketing requirements.
- Developing, maintaining and applying theoretical electrophoresis knowledge to support technical support work and R&D development opportunities.
Your Background:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- BS. in Life Science degree.
- Good laboratory practice .
- Sound knowledgeand interest in Capillary Electrophoresis.
- Ability to use software programs for use in conjunction with Medical Devices.
- Good attention to detail and able to work well in a team.
- Driver's licence is essential.
