Electrical Engineer

CK Group are recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to join a glass manufacturer at their site based in Ormskirk on a permanent basis.

The Company: Our client is global leader in technical glass manufacturing.

Location: This role is located atour client's site in Lathom but will require travel both domestically and internationally.

Your main duties will be:

• Technically contributing to project feasibility, specification, design and procurement to installation and commissioning.
• Preparation of design deliverables including, Substation, MCC, control panel design packages, installation and cabling design.
• Managing onsite installation & commissioning.

Your Background: The ideal candidate for this role will have

• A degree level education in Electrical engineering.
• Significant project engineering or project management experience as an electrical engineer.
• Knowledge of LV and MV system design, Protection Setting and Fault Level Determination, electrical & machinery safety, control panel design, on-site commissioning & installation, and factory acceptance testing.
