Development Chemist

CK Group is recruiting for a Development Chemist to join a global leader in the Inks/Coatings industry at their site based in West Cornwall on a full time, permanent basis.

The main purpose of the role will be to:

• Work on new formulations and upgrading existing formulations
• Be responsible for taking a brief from the Technical Director
• Conduct analytical testing on various coatings.
• Support the R&D, and Technical staff in the manufacturing of functional surface coatings.

In order to be considered for this role, you will be required to have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• Degree in Chemistry, or a related subject
• Experience within a formulations laboratory environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
